Index of Online Supplemental Material for
J. Gen. Physiol. 10.1085/jgp.200509419
Fodor et al.

The supplemental material shows the results of running ion channel query sequences against the 9,939 superfamily profile HMMs representing protein domains of known structure. Files are tab-delimited plain text. The Accession is the ID of the profile from the Superfamily database (note when viewing these files in Excel, the leading zeros of the accession may not be displayed). Score is the log-odds score as reported from the program HMMer. The eValue, also from HMMer, is an estimate of how many hits one would expect by chance. The seqStart and seqEnd columns give the positions of the hit in the query sequence. The false positive rate was calculated using the data in Fig. 2 of the main paper as described in the main paper. The superfamily Code is the SCOP superfamily ID of the seed sequence. The second-fifth characters of the pdb Word column give the four-character PDB ID of the seed sequence. The sixth character gives the PDB chain. GenBank/EMBL/DDBJ accession numbers of query sequences are given in the figure legends of the main paper:

Table S1 (Excel file) Rat Kv1.2 channel

Table S2 (Excel file) Mouse HCN2 channe

Table S3 (Excel file) Torpedo ClC-0 channel

Table S4 (Excel file) Mouse L-type calcium channel

Table S5 (Excel file) Human cardiac sodium channel

Table S6 (Excel file) Mouse calcium-activated potassium (BK) channel
